Lost Packages:
We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and unfortunately is misplaced at the wrong destination, we will not be replacing your order.
Received the wrong Item or Missing and Item:
My apologize in advance! Mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or you are missing an item, please contact us through our email. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the products, we will get back to you with instruction. You can email us at zoesalahasLLC@gmail.com
Returns:
ALL SALE pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.
All earrings are final sale and NOT returnable. Must pay for shipping. NO refunds, Store credit only.
Our policy last 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you purchased, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return/store credit. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return/store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. We require proof of purchase. Please note that the color of the product can vary from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. Please feel free to contact me if you are unable to determine the color of an item.
Shipping Policies:
we are not responsible if the address entered its not correct or if the packages established delivered and have not arrived. Client must pay shipping again if the item was returned because of that. Every order will take 4-6 days to ship out. Most of our pieces are made by order. Usually, we ship out one day a week.

Fraudulent Orders:
If false/Fraudulent orders are made, legal terms will be made. Be kind to small Business.
